Theodore B. Ely II is a graduate of Bethany College and Duquesne University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, Attorney Ely is a member of the American Guild of Patient Account Management, The American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Erie County Bar Association.

Edwin W. Smith is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a B.S. in Health Planning and Administration. He also is a graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law. Attorney Smith is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Erie County Bar Association. He is a former instructor at Penn State - Behrend College's paralegal program, having taught Civil Litigation. During law school, Attorney Smith clerked with the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office, Homicide Division. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. |
